For over eight years director Mark Rosenberg has built a solid reputation in the Pioneer Valley. He is committed promoting excellence through the written word by tutoring for standardized tests and study skills, training individuals to use  voice recognition software, or providing written deliverables to businesses. While others seek to profit by recommending unnecessary services to customers and teaching in group settings, Mark believes that one-on-one tutoring and consistent surface will reap bigger success in the long run. Mark grew up in Northern Virginia and attended UVA where he graduated with distinction. He received his Masters in writing from the University of Massachusetts after moving to the Pioneer Valley in 2003.
